Law of attraction is a theory based on the belief that the building stone of us humans is energy.

Therefore by controlling our energy, we should be able to control what type of events and opportunities come to our lives.

Only we can choose the nature of our energy within us and around us. And we have to choose carefully as the energy we receive back will be the reflection of the choice we’ve made.

Here is my 3 step guide how to practice the Law of Attraction method.


Allow me to assume that you wish for something (let’s call it a “dream” for the purpose of this article) and you would like to attract it into your life.

I believe that every person has their dream. Sometimes people get too afraid and scared to admit those dreams to themselves but admitting and accepting your dream is an essential first step in making any dream become reality.

Now pick your “dream” – ideally one. It can be anything from becoming a writer to having a boyfriend or getting into university, literally anything as long as it is concrete.

Take the next 15 minutes to picture it and visualize it as specific and detailed as possible.

I often have people coming to me, telling me that the law of attraction doesn’t work for them. So I ask them to describe to me what were they imagining during the 15-minute visualization.

The most common answer is that they kept saying or imagining them being or having what they desired over and over again in their mind.

Well, that is not how visualization works.

Here is the right way

If you want to be a writer, for example, you have to imagine not only yourself as a writer, but imagine the entire process of yourself writing the book.


  • What is its name?
  • How many pages does it have?
  • All the coffee places and sleepless nights while writing every single page of your first book.
  • How your eyes hurt from using your pc all the time.
  • Finishing the book and looking for the publisher.
  • Facing and overcoming all the obstacles on the way.
  • The feeling when you sign the contract with the publisher.
  • The feelings, your face impression, and your speeded heart rate when you first receive and hold the physical book.
  • How the cover looks like and how the book smells when you open it.

Imagine how you have interviews and how you are reading all kind of reviews and keep imagining all of it as vividly and as often as possible – now that’s called visualization.


Now comes the second step. You have to trick your brain into thinking you already have the dream – like it is the rality – your reality right now – in this present moment.

Live, talk and behave the way you would if your dreams come true. It might sound crazy and silly, but that’s why an only a small percentage of people can successfully manifest their dreams. They know this secret, and they act accordingly.

And to tell you the truth, it’s not easy at all. There is a big chance you will feel like a fool when you try to act like your dream is already a reality. This step will get you out of your comfort zone and show the universe that you are ready for whatever it has in store for you.

3. step – GRATITUDE

The key to making Law of Attraction work for you is to become entirely infused by positive energy and give the positive energy back to the world.

One incredibly easy thing you can do to achieve overall positivity is to be grateful. The feeling of gratitude is created by an appreciation of the current and past life of yours and everything connected to it, the good and the bad.

Being grateful will make you instantly happy, and as it is very selfless thought, it will attract all the positive energy to you.

When you are grateful, you are sending a message to the universe that what you have right now is enough, that you are abundant and you deserve to be, and you don’t take it for granted.

That is when The Law of Attraction starts working and gives you back more of what you are giving out – worthiness, abundance and more of the things you can be and already are grateful for.

Time for patience.

Once you complete all 3steps from this HOW TO guide, you have done your part. Now it’s time for the Universe to play his.

Let go of the thoughts about your “dream,” come back to the present moment, live every day to the fullest, keep repeating those 3 steps and trust the process.

I say “go with your flow” and don’t try to push the universe for a sign that it’s working, it will come, stay patient and keep making the steps towards your dreams.

I found one interesting fact while sharing my self-development journey with others. I found out that there is a common reason, common “why” behind the law of attraction not working for people and it is the fact that deep inside themselves, they don’t believe they are worthy of their dream.

My story:

I experienced the same obstacle in my way when I started creating this SELF DEVELOPMENT SPACE for you guys.

I had this huge dream of creating an ultimate space for people to work on themselves and find answers to their questions about mental health.

I had this dream to improve and touch many people’s lives through my guides, tools and being.

I had this dream to change a bit of this world and make it a more peaceful and beautiful place for all of us to share.

I lived through many moments of self-doubt because my dream was big and I just wasn’t sure if I can make it happen.

I worked on my dream for 365 consecutive days, next to my “real” job, and I was risking a lot by putting so much time and energy into something with no guarantees of success.

Make yourself believe.

But I convinced myself to believe that I deserve this shot on bringing my added value to the world and I convinced myself that I deserve to succeed and that I deserve to think big and have even bigger dreams.

Every day for those 12 months of m working on the SELF DEVELOPMENT SPACE project I was visualizing myself completing it, succeeding and most of all, having the positive feedback from you guys. Hearing that my work has helped you and changed your life.

I pretended that I have that feedback already and that’s what was pushing me forward and never allowed me to stop or give up.

Convince yourself that you are worthy of whatever you might desire, and every day behave as if you already had it or achieved. And one day, sooner than you might expect it, you will have it – and that’s my ultimate secret to the Law of Attraction.
